This policy applies to all purchases made from Al-Fatihah Calligraphy. It is governed by the laws of Jurisdiction.
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.
Exceptions
All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- Products are defective or damaged when delivered.
- Items delivered are not as described on the website, to a great extent only.
To qualify, you must report issues within 3 days of delivery with photographic proof of the issue.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged in transit or the wrong item was shipped.
